In accordance with the Privacy Policy, I give my consent to Retract LLC (OGRN: 1245000084603, legal address: 141271, Moscow Region, Mitropolye, Dmitrovsko-Yaroslavsky Peregon, 17) (hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller) to process the following personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent) using automated and non-automated means: surname, first name, patronymic, telephone number, e-mail.
The purpose of processing personal data is to review my application, establish and maintain communication to discuss possible cooperation.
I am aware that the processing of personal data refers to actions (operations) with personal data, including the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. By transferring personal data of a third party to the Data Controller, I confirm and guarantee that the third party has consented to such provision of data.
Consent is valid from the date of its provision until the date of its withdrawal in writing, but in any case no more than 3 (three) years from the date of:

• termination of the last agreement concluded between me and the Data Controller, provided that I notify the Data Controller of my intention to terminate the business relationship, or
• granting consent if no agreement has been concluded between me and the Data Controller.

Consent may be withdrawn by sending a free-form statement to the Data Controller's address above or to the Data Controller's email address: info@retract.ru, indicating in the text:

• Full name;
• Number of the main document proving the identity of the personal data subject or their representative, info on the date of issue of the document and the issuing authority, or other data that clearly identifies the personal data subject;
• nformation confirming participation in relations with the Data Controller, or information confirming in another way the fact of personal data processing by the Data Controller;
• signature of the citizen (or his/her legal representative).
